Our farm is also an oasis for the birds.  many of our residents where beloved pets in need of a new permanent and safe home.  

Open Farm Days and Special Events at the Oasis Camel Dairy often feature performances by our beautiful and talented feathered stars!  

Many of our birds have outdoor aviaries so guests can enjoy seeing and cavorting with them during visits! In fact two of our residents; Raja the Triton Cockatoo and Rio the Moluccan cockatoo will spend countless hours laughing, dancing and playing with farm visitors!  

You may have caught our bird show on stage at one of these fairs:

 San Diego County Fair, Arizona State Fair, California State Fair, Utah State Fair, New Mexico State Fair, Oregon State Fair, Tucson's Pima County Fair, Santa Cruz County Fair, and many more!

Although we do not leave the Dairy to tour on the road with the frequency of our younger days, we will forever enjoy entertaining those amazing county and state fair crowds.  Your local fair is so worth your time and support!

One of our favorite venues: come hang out with us at the Paradise Perch at the Arizona State Fair!

What started out seven years ago as a tropical bird exhibit adjacent to the Arizona State Fair's Tropical Themed Paradise Perch Bar and Hydration Station has grown into a lively, colorful all-day party of playful perched parrots and their trainers.  

One of our favorite features is our Paradise Perch Bird Show three times daily during the fair where our comedic parrots perform acrobatics, singing, talking and beloved pet tricks.  

For the six week event, Nancy and birds travel and live in a custom designed 26 foot trailer with all the creature comforts of home. 

Each year the San Diego County Fair gives us a new and fun theme and we try not to disappoint!  So far we have enthusiastically wowed the crowds with:

 '23's Get out there Camping Theme with Camp Squak-a-lot
'24's Retro theme with That 70's Bird Show!  

...

'25 is set to have a Pet Theme... as soon as we get the fairs tag line... we are going to work on our '25 production!
