We are so excited to offer our new Family Camel Camp.
Each adult guardian can accompany up to two children ages 10 and up.
Camping either by tent, rv or car camping will be available. There are also lots of local Airbnb and campgrounds with full hook-ups etc.
Camp starts Saturday afternoon and includes the option to attend our Saturday Open Farm Experience from 12:00 to 2:00 at no additional cost! The evening includes a campfire with a light meal and camel milk chocolate s'mores. Sunday we get into farm animal care, camel grooming, sheep herding, lamb feeding, camel feeding and of course... some camel rides.

Camels are super smart and live in extended families where communication is key. We will learn how to speak camel so that our interactions with them are successful. By the way... these techniques transfer easily to communication with our pets and peers!
Saturday night enjoy a campfire, light kid-friendly meal and our famous camel milk chocolate s'mores! Food and beverages are provided but if you have a special diet of special needs and want to BYO you absolutely can!
No alcohol is permitted at family camp.
.Camels enjoy a staple of grass and hay but they love to try new treats! Together, we will prepare a camel treat charcuterie of fruits veggies and more and see which ones turn out to be their favorites!
Camel Camp is not complete without a ride aboard one of our friendly giants! Rides are limited to riders 200 lbs and under.
Take a turn at taking care of our other friendly farm friends.
Miniature sheep, giant goldfish and cheeky chickens enjoy a little TLC from our Family Camel Camp participants.
Grooming camels is a big job best shared with friends. We believe this activity rivals treats as the camels's favorite.
Children must be 10 years old and up. Families can book at a ratio of one parent/legal guardian to two children or one-to-0ne.
Cost: $150.00 per person.
Participants can rv, tent or car camp on site. We do not have hook-ups for rvs.
We do have a bathroom with a shower and a clean porta-potty. Camping Saturday night at the Oasis Camel Dairy is by reservation and is an additional $25 per site.
